The Roost and Goose Cottage are our newest conversion. In 2007 work began at converting the former barn and tractor shed into two fabulous up-to-date cottages. Despite the modern kitchens, bathrooms and under-floor heating, the cottages retain lots of original details.
Plenty of parking, one dog by arrangement and outside space and seating make for the perfect relaxed and informal holiday location. All of our properties are invited to use the heated outdoor pool, tennis court, small adventure playground and games barn.
The splendid, famous surfing beach at Widemouth Bay is less than a mile away, and there is plenty of parking at the bay. Though for the more energetic, it is possible to walk part of the way over the fields. Also, of course, Goose and The Roost provide an excellent base for exploring Cornwall and North Devon easily.
The Roost has two bedrooms, a downstairs large and airy double with additional single bed. This room also has a shower en-suite. There is a sofa bed if needed also. Upstairs, we have a twin-bedded room, + en-suite bathroom with shower over. The lounge and kitchen are open plan with lots of space and are fully equipped.
